Walk & Roll: 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk, Free Play and Festival

Mark your calendars for the first annual Walk & Roll: 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk, Free Play and Festival on April 27. The event will include a fun run/walk, festival, and a chance to enjoy biking, walking, and running on Lance Gulch Road traffic-free.

The event kicks off with onsite registration and check-in for the 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk at the registration booth, which will positioned at the corner of Browns Ranch Rd. and Lance Gulch Rd. from 9:30 -10:15 am. At 10:00 am attendees can visit local food vendors and agencies at the Festival, which will be in the Dining Hall at the Golden Age Center. At 10:30 a.m, lace up your sneakers for the up-beat 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk along Lance Gulch Rd. Following the race, Lance Gulch Rd. will be remain closed to vehicles, which will give walkers, runners, bikers and skaters an opportunity to play for Car-Free Play from 11:30 am - 2:00 pm. At 12:00 pm, donations by local businesses and agencies will be raffled off for fun run/walk participants. We hope to see you there!

This is a drug, alcohol, and tobacco free event. Service animals are allowed. The event is

open to all ages and children must be accompanied by and adult.
